Child Abuse

Child abuse is when a parent, whether through action or failing to act, causes injury, death, emotional harm or risk of serious harm to a child. Abuse and neglect can occur within the family, in the community or in an institutional setting. The abuser may be someone known to the child or a stranger, and can be an adult, or another child. With this Track we would like to create awareness on child abuse which may affect the child health mentally and physically.
